Agreeing to these terms

By creating an account or using Agentize, you agree to these terms. If you’re using it for a business, you’re agreeing on that business’s behalf. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.

What Agentize does

Agentize is a set of AI helpers that draft quotes, bookings, invoices, payment reminders and review requests for your trade business. Everything it produces is a draft for you to check. Nothing is sent to a customer, and no quote is finalised, until you review and approve it.

Your account

Keep your login details secure and don’t share your account. You’re responsible for what happens under it. Give us accurate details and keep them up to date.

Your responsibilities

• Your rate card is the source of truth. Quotes are built from the numbers you enter. Keep them right.
• You approve everything. Before anything goes to a customer you review it, and by approving it you take responsibility for it.
• You have the right to contact your customers. You confirm you have a proper basis to hold their details and to message them.
• You won’t use Agentize for spam, unlawful, misleading or harmful messages.

The AI is a tool, not advice

The crew is helpful but not perfect. Drafts can contain mistakes. Agentize does not give legal, tax, financial or professional advice, and a quote or message is not a substitute for your own judgement. Always check a draft before you approve it. Because you review and approve everything, you are responsible for the quotes you issue and the messages you send.

Fees and billing

Pricing is shown when you sign up and on our pricing page. Fees are billed through Stripe. Unless stated otherwise, fees are in AUD and exclude any taxes that may apply. You can cancel at any time; cancelling stops future charges and doesn’t refund a period already used, unless the law says otherwise.

Your content

Your data, rate card, quotes, customer details and the things you create stay yours. You give us the permission we need to process them to run the service for you (see our Privacy Policy). The Agentize software, brand and site remain ours.

Availability

We work hard to keep Agentize up, but we can’t promise it will never be unavailable, and it’s provided “as is” without warranties beyond those that can’t be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, Agentize isn’t liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for a quote you approved, a price you set, or a message you sent. Where liability can’t be excluded, it’s limited to resupplying the service or the amount you paid us in the previous three months, whichever is greater. Nothing here limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can’t be excluded.

Ending it

You can close your account any time. We can suspend or end access if these terms are breached or the service is misused. You can export your data before you go.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and the courts there have jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we make a significant change we’ll let you know; continuing to use Agentize after that means you accept the new terms.
