You're up a ladder, not behind a desk. Agentize turns a quick voice note into a tidy, itemised quote for the switchboard upgrade, the downlights or the EV charger, priced from your own rates, sent in your name, chased when it's due.
“Quote for six downlights in the lounge, new GPO in the kitchen and a safety switch on the board.”
The Quoter writes
an itemised, GST-sorted quote in about two minutes, every line priced from your rate card.
THE JOBS IT WRITES UP.
Start from a ready-made electrician rate card, the lines you quote every week, then tweak the numbers to yours. The Quoter only ever prices from what you’ve saved, so it never makes one up.

QUOTING, ANSWERED.
How do I quote a switchboard upgrade?
Break it into the parts you can price from your rate card rather than one lump: the board and enclosure, the number of circuits being transferred, RCBOs, the mains check, the isolation and make-safe time, and the compliance paperwork. Quoting it as a single figure is how you end up wearing an extra half-day when the old wiring turns out to be rubber-insulated. Price the known lines, flag the unknowns, and say plainly what happens if you open the board and find something worse.
What should an electrical quote include?
Your licence number, an itemised scope so the customer can see what they're paying for, GST shown separately, what's excluded (patching, painting, making good), how long the price holds, and your deposit and payment terms. The exclusions matter most — most disputes come from what a customer assumed was in the price rather than what was written down.
Do I still need my electrical licence to use Agentize?
Yes. Agentize writes the quote and the invoice; it doesn't do the work or take responsibility for it. Licensing is set by your state or territory regulator and none of that changes. Nothing goes out to a customer until you've read it and pressed send.
One monthly price, a pot of tokens, and every job the crew does spends a few — a quote is 25, a text is 5. You can see what’s left before you ask for anything, and nothing is charged on top.
